For over a decade, I have been helping individuals heal from trauma, rebuild relationships, and rediscover hope. My background includes years of clinical work at a recovery center, where I served not only as a clinician but also as the Director of Clinical Services, leading and mentoring a team of mental health professionals. I have worked extensively with survivors of complex trauma, victims of crime, and individuals managing depression, anxiety, and interpersonal struggles. My therapeutic approach integrates person-centered and solution-focused therapy with evidence-based methods such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
I strive to create a space where healing feels safe and attainable. As a BIPOC woman rooted in San Antonio’s Hispanic and military culture, I bring a deeply multicultural lens to my practice, offering culturally attuned therapy for diverse communities, including military families, and those navigating faith and identity.
I’m currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education, mentoring future clinicians while continuing to advocate for prison reform and hunger relief. My goal is to empower you to find your voice, embrace healing, and move forward with confidence — because the best is yet to come.
