I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal.
At Life Restoration and Wellness, we focus on treating the whole person using compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. I offer telehealth therapy throughout Michigan along with in-person counseling services.
