Life circumstances and experiences can disconnect us and pile on feelings of sadness, frustration, anxiety that can be overwhelming. Counseling can help untangle that and and offer tools you need to find your way.
My own life experiences, time spent in counseling, degree and training support me in having deep empathy and care for people. I am accepting individual clients and I have worked with a wide range of people of all ages, genders and orientations.
