Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Mental Performance Counselor based in Texas. I received an M.S. in Sports and Performance Psychology from California Baptist University and an M.A. in Counseling, concentrating on Marriage and Family Therapy from Sam Houston State University. I have been practicing for five years. I aim to advocate for, serve, guide, and empower individuals, families, and couples to discover healthier ways of living. Together, we will work to understand and address any challenges you may be facing and help you to achieve your goals.
In the first session with me, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where we'll begin by discussing their reasons for seeking therapy and what they hope to achieve. I typically gather background information on their personal history, relationships, and current challenges to understand their unique circumstances.
As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in building strong, trusting relationships with clients and creating a safe space for open dialogue and vulnerability. I also excel at tailoring interventions to fit each client’s unique needs through discernment.
