If you are looking for a well experienced, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapist give me a call. I have worked with a wide array of people and problems in various settings in my 26 plus years as a mental health professional. My counseling approach is eclectic and individualized to meet each client's needs because although we are all connected, we certainly are all not alike. I am always supportive, but I also believe in challenging my clients when appropriate.
Most recently, I have focused my training and specialization in integrative approaches in my healing work. My passion is educating my clients in nutritional psych. and all things integrative. I hold a unique certification as an Integrative Mental Health Provider. When working with those from marginalized communities, I utilize a liberation psych approach.
I have 26 plus years of experience working with people in many different settings in our local community and helping them overcome their specific life challenges.
