I am an EMDR trained clinician. I also use CBT and other cognitive techniques to help rewire the brain and reprocess the trauma that has been stored there. I offer significant and quick results for people seeking healing. I also use holistic approaches to help clients implement healthy self-care habits into their every day lives.
