Feeling stuck? I am a trauma-informed clinician trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I am passionate about helping you heal your nervous system and find clarity in your life. I can help you heal symptoms from the root by providing research-based somatic techniques for releasing fear, panic, and overwhelm. I am EMDR and IFS trained.
