I feel that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy. My approach is direct and without judgment and I will challenge and support you in making meaningful change in your life. I specialize in LGBTQ+ / trans affirming therapy, sex and body positivity, anxiety, grief/loss and self esteem building.
I encourage healing through taking control of your future. I will provide support and real life skills on how to navigate anxiety, gender/sexuality, grief/loss. I also offer gender affirming evaluations as needed for medical/surgical intervention.
My expectation is that we will have our initial meeting without any pressure to schedule another appointment. Further appointments should only be made if you feel that I am a good match for your needs.
