Using expressive approaches and play therapy, I work with young children (3-6) and their families, also with adolescents, and adults to support emotional growth, regulation, and resilience. Play is a powerful tool—not just for children, but for people of all ages. My clients are able to communicate feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

I value collaboration and strongly believe in teamwork, helping adults understand themselves, their child’s needs and supporting carryover of therapeutic growth into the home environment.

I enjoy helping people navigating significant life changes. I believe in creating a supportive environment where all of my clients can explore their inner worlds freely and build skills that support healthy development.
