I offer outpatient therapy for both individuals and couples. Utilizing person-centered techniques through cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement, EMDR and reality therapy for those struggling with interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, grief and bereavement, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other emotional stress conditions.
I specialize in spiritual Christian based counseling, faith-based psychology, addiction & substance abuse, and trauma-informed therapy in various multi-cultural and ethnic backgrounds as well as military, and first responders.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. I obtained a master’s degree in social work from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. I also served in the US military and continue to collaborate with various community and ministry outreaches in both veteran and civilian sectors.
