People come to me with the need for a non-judgmental space to explore their own lived experiences and express their thoughts and feelings. I specialize in supporting survivors of trauma and employ a client-centered, strengths-based approach. I help clients develop insight around factors influencing development, understand the mind-body connection, and explore individualized strategies for optimizing mental wellness. I have experience supporting clients around a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, neurodiversity, complex-needs parenting, relationships, maladaptive behaviors, and substance use.
I have background in a number of evidence-based practices and utilize an integrative approach to meet my clients' unique needs. My specialties include sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and adoption. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including children/teens, parents, and the LGBTQ+ community.
If you're looking for a safe space, warm support, and to feel more empowered in your life then please reach out to me to see if we would be a good fit to work together.
