Welcome, my practice is tailored for the active adult, the one that needs help, but has no time for it. I practice on weekends, nights, and early mornings if needed to fit your busy schedule. I also believe that we can overcome trauma, past struggles, and relational disconnections. We can find a way to cope and thrive, but sometimes this means choosing success, which takes work and internal reflection. I approach therapy from a Humanistic and Solution Focused perspective, believing the client is the expert on their life.
I specialize in trauma work with adult abuse survivors (sexual, physical, emotional, or psychological), victims of crime, motivation, college life transitions, independence for young adults, acute grief/complex/prolonged, professional workplace stress, LGBTQAI+ acceptance/authenticity, ADHD and neurodivergent issues with current diagnosis. I do not use AI.
I am currently accepting new clients; book directly with me. I provide a 15-minute video call to talk about your needs. Then we schedule out your initial session, decide how frequently we will meet, and discuss your treatment goals. I am licensed in both California and Nevada.
