I also work with married couples looking to repair and strengthen their relationships through the transformative process of Marriage Therapy.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also draw from The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Strength-Based Interventions to meet your specific needs. I have experience with a wide range of clinical concerns, including Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Domestic Violence, and Trauma.
