We will work together while emphasizing Christian values and the miracle working power of God to help you overcome anxiety, addictions, depression and trauma. I often incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectal Behavioral Therapy) techniques in session. I hold a certification in DBT.
