I frequently work with adults ages 18+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, perfectionism, and distress related to family and life transitions. I work with individuals and couples of all genders, sexualities, racial, and cultural backgrounds via virtual, office, and walk and talk sessions. If you're struggling with the “I should be’s” or “I’m not enough’s," or you're having a difficult time connecting in your relationships the way you want to be, know you're not alone and there can be a different way to think, feel, and act in your life.

I can help you learn and practice skills to get unhooked from painful reoccurring thoughts and feelings, respond to uncomfortable thoughts and emotions in a new way, build healthier relationships, and take steps toward living out what is most important to you. I bring my compassion and my curiosity, and I'm not afraid to "sit in the mud" with you.
