I work with adults ages 18+ who are struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, depression, and distress related to family and life transitions. I meet with individuals and couples via virtual, office, and walk and talk sessions. If you're struggling with the “I should be’s” or “I’m not enough’s," or you're having a difficult time connecting in your relationships the way you want to be, know you're not alone and there can be a different way to think, feel, and act in your life.

I can help you learn and practice skills to get unhooked from painful reoccurring thoughts and feelings, respond to uncomfortable thoughts and emotions in a new way, build healthier relationships, and take steps toward living out what is most important to you. I bring my compassion and my curiosity, and I'm not afraid to "sit in the mud" with you.
