Hi, I’m Chrissy — a transgender woman, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and co-owner of La Serenidad Therapy Services in Wilmington. I help adults, teens, couples, parents, and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, identity, relationships, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, validating, and grounded in real-life experience. Many of my clients tell me they finally feel understood, seen, and supported without judgment. I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic, depression, identity exploration, relationship conflict, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I also work with couples.
