I have worked In mental health since 2003 and have seen the benefits of how physical activity along with counseling can drastically reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a certified personal trainer. I also provide couples counseling for individuals seeking help with communication and conflict resolution skills.
