For couples, I help you to slow down, to learn to listen to each other, to identify your own needs, and to communicate them to your partner. I help couples build empathy for each other, which can turn conflict into an opportunity for closeness and deeper understanding.
I specialize in fertility, pregnancy and new parenthood issues with individuals and couples. I love working with clients through the frustration of fertility, the roller-coaster of pregnancy, and the excitement and exhaustion of new parenthood.
Besides meeting with you in my office, I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy: an opportunity to get up off the couch and take your therapy out to an urban trail or around the neighborhood. Walking allows you to improve your mood and to literally and figuratively move forward.
