About
Without the right help, mental health issues can impact your career and your family. Whether you need help with anxiety, stress, depression, or relationship conflict, I can offer you a tailor-made, professional psychotherapy service without compromising on quality. In 2010 I published research on men's health, and ever since I have been helping men to resolve their difficulties.
I find that many of my clients choose to work with me because of my experience helping people with anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. I am an affirmative therapist who understands the issues that are faced by the LGBTQ+ community (I am also part of that community). I am a psychotherapist and author of various mental health books.
I am an integrative psychotherapist, so I integrate a wide range of approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am licensed in New Jersey and Maine.
