I provide individual and group counseling services for individuals coping with mental health challenges including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Substance Abuse/Dual-Diagnosis. We can work together to build a plan for positive change and develop the confidence needed to persevere. While living with a mental health condition can be challenging, many have found treatment and support helpful in living a full and meaningful life.

Weekly support group (5 max group members) for college undergrads with an emphasis on living with mental health challenges including Anxiety, Depression, and Bi-Polar. Discussion will include a review of coping strategies and tools from Cognitive Behavorial Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Solution Focused Therapy. This is a closed group meaning that the same 3-5 group members will meet each week. Sliding scale payment available on a limited basis.
