For OCD, we use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy. For Eating Disorders, I individualize treatment using Family Based Treatment (FBT) and the Unified Treatment (UT) Model. For people who have experienced trauma, we utilize a number of approaches depending on where you are in your healing journey and what works for you whether it's EMDR, Somatic, CBT, DBT or some combination thereof.
