Hi, my name is Chris Van Dyck. I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who has worked with people suffering with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and other disorders. I have a deep respect for each client's ability to access, cultivate, and utilize their own inherent wisdom in learning how to cope with their presenting symptoms.
My role as your therapist is to support you in your efforts to create and work toward feasible goals in this process. In my practice, I utilize elements of CBT, Solution-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and emphasize the importance of cultivating compassion for oneself when working toward therapeutic goals.
