Doing this work, I get to meet a lot of really wonderful people who just can't get themselves to where they want to be. Sometimes anxiety and depression are getting in the way. Sometimes it's alcohol or gambling. Sometimes they're just feeling lost or unmotivated. I help people transform the obstacles keeping them from being their best selves. Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership where we work together to get you where you want to be.

I guide people in setting goals, getting motivated, and making effective plans. I know a lot about how to manage emotions, communicate effectively and build strong relationships. Most importantly, I provide a compassionate, positive, helpful environment. I practice CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Relational Life Therapy.
