I welcome people facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use challenges, LBGTQ+ identities, relationship issues, and the general "stuck" feeling. My therapeutic style is caring, encouraging and individualized in order to help each person learn skills to work with their emotions, see situations without judgment and recognize solutions that fit personal values. I also have a strong emphasis on diversity and social justice and incorporate it into my practice.

I work with individuals and couples from teens to adulthood to create a strong therapeutic relationship in order to best understand the skills and strategies that will help you to achieve your goals and improve your life.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on each client's unique needs and personality. I hope to draw upon your strengths so you feel empowered to make and implement choices.
