I will work with you to identify and change the old self-defeating behaviors and beliefs that keep you stuck in unhealthy and unfulfilling patterns of life.
I find it particulary rewarding to help people heal and transcend the wounds of trauma and abuse. I also work extensively with people navigating life after loss and grief. I integrate mindfulness, self-compassion, and acceptance based approaches with the theraputic tools of EMDR and body centered psychotherapy.
I also provide coaching services for those intersted in personal growth and development. We will work together to help you find balance, purpose and meaning in your life by exploring the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual componets of a life well lived.
