My practice is exclusively focused on helping people improve their relationships. Are you hurting and want to heal from betrayal? Feel hopelessly stuck in a cycle of fighting and blame? Do you want to feel closer and more intimate with someone? I specialize in helping individuals and couples. I also specialize in working with men’s intimacy concerns including concerns with sexual function and problematic sexual behaviors. I provide an environment that is respectful of people from all backgrounds and I specialized training and expertise working with clients who identify as LGBTQIA and/or identify as kinky or polyamorous/ENM.
As a Certified Gottman Therapist I have undergone specialized training in research-based methods to improve relationships. I always start with intensive assessment and feedback. My couples sessions always have an underlying structure and my goal is to create safety where couples can learn new relationship tools and achieve greater emotional intimacy.
I also specialize in helping individuals with relationship and intimacy concerns. I am certified sex therapist through AASECT and provide evidence-based therapy for concerns such as relationship satisfaction, affair recovery, and/or sexual intimacy concerns. If you think we would be a good fit, please email me for free 15 minute consultation.
