Chris Scott
Psychologist, PhD, CGT
My practice is exclusively focused on helping people improve their relationships. I specialize in helping individuals and couples revitalize their relationships, recover from affairs, addressing sexual concerns, and in working with clients who identify as sexual minorities. Many clients worry about finding a therapist that can help them manage intense relationship conflict or accept them as they are. I am a sex-positive Certified Gottman Therapist and have received intensive education and training in working with couples/relationship and addressing sexual health.
As a Certified Gottman Therapist I have received intensive couples/relationship therapy training and completed all levels of Gottman Method training. While most most of my work is with couples, I also work with individuals and families using using both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and techniques from the Gottman Method.
Many couples put off counseling due to hectic schedules because of work and family obligations. I offer intensive/marathon couples sessions during evenings and weekends to better accommodate my clients' busy schedules.
