About
I enjoy helping youth, college students, adults, and older adults learn to manage emotional stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. Collaborating with clients on goals helps them tap into their authentic selves, helping them identify personalized self-care skills to restructure negative thinking patterns. I think it is important to meet people where they are focusing on their strengths to inspire and motivate them to meet their particular needs or goals. I help my clients find inner happiness through a positive mindset.
I specialized in utilizing HeartMath, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction); John Kabot-Zinn, Person-Centered Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. I educate and support my clients understand how to communicate their needs, reshape negative thought patterns, and improve quality of life.
Sometimes we are so busy with life that we don’t have time to learn about the things that make us happy. Learning new ways to slow down our mind can make it easier to make better choices when dealing with stress/depression/anxiety. Meeting with a non-judgmental person who is positive is a great way for you to take the right step to a healthier mindset.
