I have nearly 20 years of experience working with individuals and families from a ministry perspective. My passion is to see people live according to their authentic selves and begin to understand the worst is not the last. I specialize in the treatment of C-PTSD focusing on generational and spiritual truama along with recovery from narcissistic abuse.

My therapeutic approach is focused on empathy, active listening skills, and practical tools to assist you in achieving your therapy goals. I believe there is always hope.
