Do you feel stuck? Have you experienced a significant loss or trauma in your life and are having a hard time moving forward? Does it feel like you can’t get ahead in life or relationships? I can help. I am experienced in working adults. Many clients have experienced complex trauma such as history of multiple abuses, childhood trauma and grief; grief and loss; other traumatic events such as single incident of abuse or accident, traumatic loss, divorce; depression; anxiety; or suicidal thoughts. Many clients want to find ways to get "unstuck" or cope with life's challenges.

I am an EMDR Certified therapist and EMDR Approved Consultant and work with clients that have experienced trauma ranging from single incident to extreme trauma, grief, and loss. I have also been trained in multiple CBT approaches to address trauma, especially sexual abuse and incest.

I have experience working with complex trauma including familial sexual abuse and understand the challenges associated with these cases. What has happened to you does not define who you are. My goal is to help you create a new and healthy normal.
