I work primarily with individuals navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and healing. This often includes trauma survivors, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and those referred by their partners for being disconnected, shut down, or "narcissistic". My clients are resilient, insightful, and often are tackling challenges like addiction, perfectionism, trauma from sexual or physical abuse, neglect, eating disorders, and deep shame. They’re seeking a space where they can be their authentic selves without judgment.
Therapy with me is a mix of deep work and real talk—because healing happens when we keep it honest, compassionate, and sometimes even a little fun. I'm less concerned with labeling a symptom and trying to fix it and more concerned with understanding why that particular symptom is helping you. Without compassion, we get nowhere.
If you’re ready to take the next step or want to learn more, simply reach out via the contact form here, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
