Presently, I am accepting new clients. I have a bachelor's in Christian ministry and a master's in counseling. My specialties are (1) relationship counseling; (2) counseling to reduce symptoms of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma; and (3) counseling to explore one's spiritual relationship to identify obstacles that impede spiritual connection. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy, Gottman Couple's Therapy, Brainspotting, and Trauma Competency. My sliding scale fee is $100 - $135.00. Counseling is an investment in personal growth to improve your quality of life and decision-making skills.
Equipping clients for personal growth is a high priority. Personal growth goals increase a client's 1. autonomy & personal empowerment, 2. self-regulation, 3. self-worth, and 4. relationship skills. My clients identify and work on personal goals specifically addressed to meet their needs & values. I believe in counseling. I have witnessed change.
Few counselors are trained to counsel couples. My training in both EFT and Gottman provides a plan to increase awareness of your relationship cycle and enable you to better understand your conflict triggers and patterns.
