The fact that you are reaching out for support is a testament to your courage, not an admission of weakness. Our work together will center on helping you build upon your strengths, while identifying negative patterns that have worked against you. Although each relationship I build with my clients is different, my approach is grounded in my trust that you already possess the tools you need to achieve your goals.
I draw on rich life experience working with diverse populations in fields as varied as wilderness guiding, coaching, and a career of many years as a woodworker. Personally and as a mentor, I have dealt with loss and grief, navigated transitions through life stages, and come to appreciate the profound impact of kindness- for others and especially ourselves.
I believe that each of us heals and grows in our relationships with others, and I learn and deepen my appreciation for my fellow humans with every client I see.
