My name is Chris Olson, and I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and aggression, and focus on rebuilding identity, trust, self-awareness, and self-esteem. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families.
Using Choice Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, my goal is to take the stuffiness out of therapy. Sessions are similar to a conversation with a friend; I will challenge you to be the best version of yourself using compassion, empathy, and humor. The work I do with couples and families focuses on improving communication and connection.
