Over the last 18 years I have assisted numerous children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in their journey to find more peace, happiness, and success in their lives and relationships. Specifically I have spent the last 9 years working as a therapist to help the clients I serve with depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, self-destructive and addictive behaviors, self-esteem and identity concerns, impulse/attention challenges, grief and loss, and parenting and relational challenges.
I believe strongly in building positive relationships with the clients I serve by showing my caring, committed, non-judgmental and patient personality. I also believe in giving loving feedback in a way that directs clients to the changes they wish to make. I am flexible, using a number of treatment orientations based on individual circumstances and need.
