My focus is an integrative type of psychotherapy as I am comfortable with a large variety of therapeutic approaches so I can meet you with what you need. I may incorporate Sand Tray Therapy, EMDR and EMDR flow therapy, Brainspotting techniques, and some Art Techniques into my practice, as well.
