As a person with ADHD, I assure you there are solutions!

As a member of the neurodivergent community, I specialize in working with others who experience life with ADHD or Autism. I believe learning about our diagnoses is a great method for understanding our individual strengths and challenges, allowing improved insight for the development of strategies to improve our lives without sacrificing our personalities.

I work primarily via telehealth, allowing flexibility in scheduling (as long as you are within NC). Children, teens, and adults are welcome as clients, as well as couples or parents wishing to better understand each other and/or their children.
