My value is in asking questions, listening, and drawing connections between your past experiences and present circumstances. Sometimes it's more about how we cope with events than what has actually happened. My job is to help you identify what isn't working and replace it. I act as a sounding board and challenge faulty thought patterns. This plays out with alcoholism, addiction, depression, grief, and codependency.

My best advice is to call and discuss what's going on to see if we'd be a good fit. Needless to say, I work with your strengths and opportunities to grow. You can count on me to be supportive throughout.

I've been in private practice since 2012. My work history includes 10 years with the SC Recovering Professional Program and 4 years at Three Rivers Behavioral Health. I supervise LMSWs seeking the LISW-CP license, and perform assessments for the SC Bar's Lawyers Helping Lawyers program.
