Together, we can create a space to explore these challenges, gain deeper insight, and develop a stronger sense of direction and purpose.

I provide counseling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties, addictive behaviors, and self-esteem concerns. Using CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Harm Reduction approaches, I help clients develop practical tools, increase self-awareness, and creating change.
