Hello, and thanks for checking out my profile. I don’t know your story yet, but I imagine you are here because you've been seeking to live well and have encountered some big challenges along the way. This can come in many forms- grief, trauma, broken relationships, life changes, etc. Trying to figure out what to do with all of that can be confusing, overwhelming and lonely.
As a therapist, my role (and privilege) is to provide a safe space where you can breathe, share your story, and visualize what healing looks like for you. We will collaborate to create a plan that utilizes your innate strengths to compassionately address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be getting in the way of your healing.
I enjoy working with adults ages 21 and older. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, shame, adult ADHD, grief, forgiveness, reproductive mental health, and life stage transitions.
