I work with clients struggling to cope with the impact of trauma, grief, or anxiety, who feel ready to move forward through a somatic therapy like EMDR. Myself and many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community and are neurodivergent, but I welcome all backgrounds and identities. My approach is warm, direct, & focused on helping you release the weight of past experiences, with lots of humor along the way! Using EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and parts work, we’ll create a path towards your "life worth living" along with a deeper and more loving relationship to yourself!
I use a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness and Somatic techniques, and Parts Work. I weave in client's belief systems, no matter what they are, and have special knowledge of the use of astrology and tarot (for those who have that in their pre-established belief system).
Note: I have lived experience with HRT.
