I believe in empowering you to discover your own inner resources and develop effective coping strategies. Together, we'll work to understand the root causes of why you're getting stuck in the same old unhealthy patterns, whether they stem from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions. I often work with people that are dealing with relationship stress, anxiety, life transitions (grief, divorce, new relationships) and depressive symptoms. As a couples therapist I help couples to grow in "self-awareness" and "partner-awareness" so that they can stop resenting their differences and learn to celebrate the couple they are meant to be.
