I help individuals identify underlying issues and develop insight, understanding, and compassion for themselves and others. The goal of our practice is to help our patients resolve their problems and cultivate true inner contentment.
I utilize a mixture of EMDR, CBT and psychodynamic approaches in sessions. Whichever mode of treatment is appropriate for each person in therapy, I aim to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients! My specialty is connecting with individuals and developing alliances.
