I also practice Gottman Couples therapy, which integrates empirical evidence on what makes love last. Based on 40+ years of relationship research, the Gottman approach takes the guesswork out of how we can cultivate strong & lasting relationships
I’m a lifelong learner - I stay up to date with the most effective relationship therapy techniques as a CEU consumer and adjunct instructor - I teach master’s level sex and couples therapy courses at UMKC.
