Life is hard. As individuals in a relationship or not, there are many factors that affect our lives that we may not realize. Changes and life transitions can be tough & can cause depression, anxiety and problems with those around us. Identifying the factors that are causing us conflict can help us learn more about ourselves and how we relate to each other. We will work together to figure out what these causes are and how they are affecting us.
Beginning therapy can be a very difficult decision. Thank you for making that step. I work with individuals and couples. It is something that I truly enjoy. I like working with clients through various types of theories, depending on the client and the issue that they are working with. It is something that we talk about since this time is for you.
I focus on communication, strength and community. Sharing our life stories and developing coping techniques can open doors that may have been closed to us. We cannot always "fix" these things on our own and need someone neutral to help see what is going on.
