Hi! I am passionate about serving couples (married, premarital) and individual adults. Love to focus on building deeper and joy-filled relationships and to help folks deal with related issues that cloud or serve as obstacles to this, including connecting, communicating, emotional attunement, "hearing each other", understanding "why we do what we do", anger, forgiveness, intimacy including sexual intimacy, infidelity, unresolved childhood issues affecting present living, career/life transitions, anxiety, fear, stress, depression, self-esteem and loss and grief. I enjoy helping couples build solid marriage and family foundations.
I have much life experience! I've been through several life and career/job transitions. Earned a MA in Professional Counseling with specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling from Texas State University. Have a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, an MBA and more than 26 years prior experience in the business arena, before being called into counseling.
Married for 40+ years, have 3 adult children and 6 grand kids. Yea! Together my wife, family and I have been through many significant life challenges, moves and changes. I understand.
