Your heart and mind are on different pages - you look around and see so much you want to be different. Your pain reflects reality. And yet these feelings are a signal about what matters deeply. Sometimes that suffering takes the form of dread, depression, trauma, grief, self-doubt, difficulty focusing, disconnection from self and community. I create spaces where we can boldly navigate our stuckness and work together to heal from the ground up. We get to go on this adventure with courage, compassion, and curiosity so that we can connect with parts of ourselves in creative and adaptive ways to live each day more fully.
The root of my work is cultivating trust and safety first, to invite all parts of you into the circle with presence and care. I provide personally attuned, trauma-informed, experiential therapy that integrates well-researched practices from ACT, DBT, parts work, somatics, and nature based therapy. We can meet in the office, local parks, or virtually.
