Anxiety, depression, adversity and trauma can have a profound impact on our lives and in our relationships. If you are suffering alone, or not sure what to do, please believe there is hope for things to change. If you are considering counseling, it begins with a free phone consultation to get a sense of how comfortable you may be with the therapist before deciding to begin the intake process. When ready, we will begin a collaborative process to gain a deeper understanding of your concerns, the dynamics involved and your vision of change, while learning and practicing new ways of navigating life's challenges.
Over the past 30 years, I have served a diverse group of youth, adults, couples and families facing a wide variety of issues. I am a licensed therapist, trauma certified, specializing in a holistic and integrative approach to healing and transcending trauma. I am also a peacetime Army Veteran, who served honorably as an Infantry Medic from 1986 to 1995.
When life's burdens become too heavy to bare, the difference between suffering and overcoming sometimes requires that we reach out for help. There are many of us who have the wisdom, experience and compassion to work together toward something new...you just have to ask. "The Journey of a Thousand Miles begins with a Single Step"
