I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, professional challenges, and family issues. My clinical approach is problem solving oriented, coupled with a keen focus on family and organizational systems. My professional view is that I am a teammate in each of my client’s journey, and I take great pride in this work.
I work with clients age 17 and older. For professionals 21+, I offer a professional coaching program. This program is designed to set and achieve actionable professional goals ranging from executive presence, managing up/down, to preparing to take your next step in your professional journey.
