My name is Chris. I believe that healing happens in safe spaces where people can be their authentic selves, maybe for the first time in their life! I specialize in working with teens & adults who have ADHD, anxiety, school, work struggles, or just learning how to navigate being themselves in broken systems. I am passionate about helping men, women, and gender-nonconforming persons cultivate healthy expressions of emotions and behaviors in all facets of their lives. I am also experienced in supporting people in developing and maintaining healthy relationships, whether that’s romantic, familial, or friendship.
I want to work with you to create a space that provides empathy, compassion, and motivation to create lasting changes in your life! Changes that help manage symptoms, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of well-being. It is important to me to walk side by side with you in your journey of these changes.
