During my 11 years in Hospice, I learned how to help people navigate the many challenges that come with grief and loss. As a long time meditation instructor, one of the hallmarks of my practice is the use of meditation as a tool for healing.
I am a Certified Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Grief Specialist, Clinical TeleHealth Specialist, and Clinical Trauma Professional & have developed a unique protocol for recovery. Through this protocol, I empower my clients to erase their trauma imprints, both energetically & somatically.
Overall, I embrace a holistic approach to healing which takes into account an individual’s environment & life circumstances. While symptom relief is always a goal & component of my therapeutic work, what excites me most is the personal transformation & liberation of individuals from the trappings of the suffering created by the mind.
