I seek to create a safe space where you can heal and grow, and to help you work through the struggles, losses and wounds that keep you from thriving.
I help individuals, couples and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in relationships, anxiety, depression, and divorce adjustment. I utilize EMDR trauma therapy, and am certified in Prepare/Enrich pre-marital and newlywed counseling. I believe much of our best work is done experientially, and I offer limited adventure therapy sessions.
